1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the PCOStic mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PCOStic LLC.

2. Purpose of the App

PCOStic is a wellness-support application created to help individuals with PCOS track symptoms, build self-awareness, access lifestyle guidance, and participate in supportive community conversations. PCOStic does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding your personal health needs.

3. Eligibility

To use this App, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes and to provide accurate information when creating an account. Profile photos and phone numbers are optional.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time under Edit Profile → Delete Account, per Apple’s requirements.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

PCOStic offers subscription plans:

• Monthly: $13.99 (non-refundable)
  

• Annual: $113.99 (non-refundable)
  

Payments are processed through Apple’s and Android’s in-app purchase system. PCOStic LLC does not store or handle payment data. All refund requests must be made through Apple Support, as PCOStic LLC cannot issue refunds directly.

6. User Content & Community Guidelines

Users may post comments, share experiences, track entries, and participate in chatrooms. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
  

• Share another user’s personal information (strictly prohibited)
  

• Upload explicit, illegal, or harmful content
  

• Impersonate others
  

• Provide medical advice
  

• Share screenshots or discussions from the community outside the App
  

• Use bots, automation, or scraping tools
  

PCOStic LLC may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these guidelines.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. PCOStic collects only the data necessary to support core functionality. We do not sell personal data. Your entries, preferences, and content remain private and are used only to support app features.

8. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, branding, features, and materials within the App belong to PCOStic LLC. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display any part of the App without written permission.

9. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

PCOStic provides lifestyle and wellness support only. The App does not replace medical care and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider—including your prescriber—before using any holistic tips, herbs, supplements, or lifestyle recommendations, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

10. No Emergency or Crisis Support

PCOStic does not provide crisis intervention or emergency services. If you are experiencing severe symptoms or a mental health crisis, contact 911 or seek immediate medical help.

11. Mental Health Disclaimer

Some content relates to mood, stress, or emotional reflection. PCOStic does not provide therapy, mental health diagnosis, or clinical support. Any mental wellness content is for general lifestyle purposes only.

12. User Interaction Responsibility

PCOStic LLC is not responsible for user interactions within chatrooms or comments. Users are solely responsible for their posts, experiences, opinions, and engagement. User-generated content is not verified by PCOStic LLC and should not be taken as professional advice.

13. No Guarantee of Results

PCOStic does not guarantee improvements in symptoms, weight, emotional health, or physical outcomes. Results vary based on lifestyle, medical conditions, and user consistency.

14. Data Loss & Technical Issues

PCOStic LLC is not responsible for data loss, corrupted entries, system outages, or issues caused by third-party software, platform updates (Apple/Google), or user error.

15. Herbal Product & Tea Shop Disclaimer

Herbal information and product details included in or linked from the App are for general wellness only. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

16. Prohibited Sharing of Sensitive Information

Users may not share:

• Medical records
  

• Full names of others
  

• Home addresses
  

• Phone numbers
  

• Prescriptions
  

• Lab results
  

• Another user’s identity or personal story
  

This protects all community members.

17. Moderation Rights

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, PCOStic LLC reserves the right to remove harmful content, disable comments, suspend accounts, or restrict access to certain features.

18. Modifications to the App or Terms

PCOStic may update these Terms or app features at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App. Users may delete their account at any time within the App.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
